Bridges West Transitional Housing
Safe, temporary shelter for Up to 24 months for homeless individuals, couples, and families. Case management and supportive services such as health/dental care, child care, substance abuse counseling and treatment, transportation, education and employment services, and youth enrichment activities are included.
