Keep Your Documents Safe

Keep the Following in a Secure Place: 

- Copies of work contracts; 

- Copies of housing contracts; 

- Copies of paychecks; 

- Copies of immigration documents (H-2A visa, passport, etc.); 

- Receipts for light, electricity, or water payments for housing; 

- Receipts for rent payments; 

- Receipts for transportation costs to your place of work in Iowa  

- A daily record of all the hours that every member of the family has worked, indicating also the type of work and the amount collected.
