Description
Iowa Legal Aid Summer Poverty Law Internship Program
Iowa Legal Aid
Iowa Legal Aid provides high quality legal representation in civil cases to low-income Iowans through individual representation, impact litigation, and community legal education. Most of our cases involve domestic abuse, landlord/tenant issues, consumer protection, public benefits or individual rights. Through its Legal Hotline for Older Iowans, Iowa Legal Aid provides people age 60 and older with legal assistance involving health care, legal planning, and a wide range of other elder law issues.
